Major centres like Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai etc, see these discussions happening on a regular basis. But Maharashtra, one of the most important landscapes in India, hardly sees such events. We propose to break that silence and introduce an introspective platform for Maharashtra and its vibrant media and people.

खास सांगलीहून पुण्याला गेलो कारण पहिल्यांदाच असं काहीतरी अनुभवायला मिळणार होतं. इंडि जरनल आयोजित मीडिया कॉनक्लेव 2023 चा अनुभव माहिती पूर्ण आणि कुतूहल निर्माण करणारा होता. मीडिया क्षेत्रातील बऱ्याच दिग्गज मंडळींना ऐकता आलं. त्यांच्या अनुभव, अभ्यास आणि एकूणच मीडिया क्षेत्रातील त्यांचे योगदान प्रेरणादायी आहे. कोन्क्लेव्ह मध्ये संपादकांची भूमिका, मीडिया हाऊस मधली डायव्हर्सिटी, अल्गोरिदम आणि ए आय, बदलती कार्यपद्धती आणि साधनं ई. विषयांवर महत्त्वपूर्ण चर्चा झाली. पत्रकारितेमध्ये रिलेव्हन्स आणि रिलेटिबिलिटी याच्यावरून रिच आणि रिवेन्यू याला आलेले महत्त्व, जर्णालिजम मधला इझम जाऊन आलेला पोकळपणा ई. महत्त्वाचे मुद्दे ठळकपणे अधोरेखित झाले. या वरील सर्व विषयांवर चर्चा करताना त्याच्यामध्ये आपल्या भारतीयांच्या पाचवीला पुजलेले क्लास, कास्ट, जेंडर आणि तंत्रज्ञानाची वाढती आव्हाने हे मुद्दे प्रामुख्याने प्रत्येक सेशनमध्ये चर्चिले गेले. ज्या लोकांना फक्त टीव्ही वरती किंवा फेसबुक वरतीच बघितलं आहे, वाचलं आहे त्यांना प्रत्यक्षात बघता आलं, भेटत आलं. दोन सेशनच्या मध्ये इन्फॉर्मल चर्चेत काही प्रश्नांची उत्तरे मिळाली. काही नवीन प्रश्न तयार करण्यास मदत झाली. काही ओळखी सुद्धा झाल्या. अशा प्रकारचे कार्यक्रम मोठ्या प्रमाणात आणि वारंवार होणे गरजेचे आहे. हा एक जस्ट इव्हेंट नसून मीडिया संदर्भातील डिस्कोर्स मध्ये महत्त्वपूर्ण योगदान आहे.
इंडि जर्नलची एकूणच टीम, विशेषत: प्रथमेश पाटील, प्राजक्ता जोशी यांचे मनःपूर्वक आभार.
देशभरातील विविध भागातील वेगवेगळ्या माध्यमातील आणि देशात अशी अराजकता असताना प्रथमेश आणि त्यांच्या टीमने पुण्यात असा कार्यक्रम आयोजित करणे हे खरच कौतुकास्पद कार्य आहे.मुख्य प्रवाहातील माध्यम,समाज माध्यम,दोन्हींचा
एकमेकावर होणारा परिणाम आणि इतर बरेच वेगवेगळे विचार प्रवाह या कार्यक्रमात दिवसभरात झाले सकाळ दुपार चे सगळे सत्र माज्या कडुन मिस झाले पण सांयकाळच्या सत्रात एक दोन कार्यक्रम सापडले.
इंडीजर्नल मिडिया कॉन्कलेव्ह २०२३ या कार्यक्रमात सध्याची देशातली स्थिती आणि भारतीय मिडिया याबद्दल त्यांची मत आणि छान कार्यक्रम पाहायला भेटला.या सत्रात अलका धुपकर,सोहित मिश्रा,नाजीर गणाई,दयाशंकर मिश्रा,इप्सा क्षताक्षी यांचा परिसंवाद ऐकायला भेटला.
प्रथमेश पाटील, इंडी जर्नल आणि न्यु ईरा टीम यांचे मनस्वी आभार असा सर्वांग सुंदर कार्यक्रम पुणे मधे आयोजित केला.भविष्यात असे कार्यक्रम तुमच्या हातुन होवो या सदिच्छा.
