Refund Policy

1. No Refunds for Cancellations by User
   Once a ticket has been purchased, we do not offer refunds or returns in the case of cancellations made by the user. Please ensure that you are fully committed to attending the event before completing your purchase.

2. Event Cancellation/Postponement
   In the event that the scheduled event is cancelled or postponed, we will refund the actual value of the ticket you purchased. Please note that the service fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Refund Process
   Refunds for cancelled or postponed events will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.

4. Additional Charges
   An internet handling fee per ticket may be levied at the time of booking. Kindly check the total amount before proceeding with payment.

Terms and Conditions

1. Event Attendance
   We recommend arriving at the event venue at least 20 minutes before the scheduled start time to ensure a smooth entry and to avoid any inconvenience.

2. Student Pass
   If you have purchased a student pass, please carry your valid student ID with you to the event. Failure to present your ID may result in denial of entry.

3. Registration Deadline
   The registration window for the event will remain open until 20 December 2023. After this deadline, no further registrations or ticket purchases will be accepted.

4. Ticket Transfer
   Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged under any circumstances. The individual whose name is on the ticket must be the one attending the event.

5. Right to Refuse Entry
   We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual who does not comply with our terms, fails to present valid identification, or behaves inappropriately.

6. Compliance with Venue Policies
   All attendees must comply with the event venue’s policies, as set forth by the venue manager. This includes, but is not limited to, regulations regarding safety, security, and prohibited items. Failure to adhere to these policies may result in denial of entry or removal from the event.

7. Liability
   We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by the attendee during the event. By purchasing a ticket, the attendee agrees to follow all venue rules and safety guidelines.
